4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the address provided.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once items are opened or consumed.
• Refunds or replacements are offered only for damaged or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
